We manage our transactional media on daily a basis, to maximize results both in Television and Online marketing channels and other direct to consumer efforts. Coupled with a strong emphasis on continuity sales and customer relationship management, we are able to achieve strong results and predictability in the transactional marketing side of our model and foster brand awareness that helps extend the lifecycle of our products by supporting their distribution into retail.

Our retail distribution segment is a critical part of our business strategy and a strong ongoing focus of our sales efforts. VBI carefully monitors its retail distribution efforts matching purchase orders to inventory to sales projections and has successfully grown this business segment into our largest and most profitable operation. The synergies between our Transactional marketing and branding efforts have been proven in our vertically integrated model.

We have a strong track record in product development and a robust product development pipeline which is fed by outside submissions and by products we develop internally. We are approached constantly by rights owners who wish to engage our experience and expertise to market their products and by Retail buyers who are looking for a particular SKU to fill a hole in their shelf. We attend product shows to see what is new and different. Our experience and visibility into the transactional and retail market allows us to develop proprietary brands and create new products in which we own the intellectual property.
