Daniel K. McCleerey: CFO

Daniel K. McCleerey joined Vertical Branding in May of 2008, bringing 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. He has held positions with companies of varying sizes and industries and has additional experience and expertise in the development and integration of financial, operational and reporting systems. Mr. McCleerey’s experience includes his role as acting CFO for Inogen, Inc., a venture capital-backed start-up medical device company, an 8-year tenure as Corporate Controller for Semtech Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed international semiconductor manufacturer, in which he built the general ledger, operating, and reporting systems on a single platform controlling 18 domestic and international companies and worldwide manufacturing operations. He was also CFO for Container Components, a privately held international plastics manufacturing company, where his strategic, finance and operational expertise spearheaded a turnaround effort that transformed that company into a profitable, financially stable enterprise. Mr. McCleerey’s background encompasses financial management, general accounting, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, operations, system design and implementation.
