Chris Lipp: Vice President and Corporate Counsel

Chris Lipp joined Vertical Branding in December of 2006 as Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Lipp previously spent five years as Senior Vice President an General Counsel of Intermix Media, Inc., an online entertainment and product marketing company and owner of the popular social networking website MySpace.com. Prior to joining Intermix Media, Mr. Lipp was an attorney in the Intellectual Property Group of Pillsbury Madsion and Sutro, LLP, one of the nation's premier law firms.
